Introduction

This Privacy Policy describes how Neil Convenience LLC, doing business as Miami Market ("Miami Market", "we", "our", "us"), collects, uses, and discloses information when you use the Miami Market mobile application (the "App") to browse our menu and place pickup orders. Neil Convenience LLC is the legal entity that operates Miami Market and is the registered sender of all SMS messages described in this policy. By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of information: 1. Phone Number — used to create your account and verify your identity via a one-time passcode (OTP) sent by SMS through our backend authentication service. 2. Profile Information — full name and email address you provide during account setup or when editing your profile. 3. Order Information — items ordered, quantities, order totals, tax, pickup time slot selections, order status, and order history. 4. Payment Information — card payments are processed directly by Stripe, Inc. Miami Market does not collect, view, or store your full card number, CVV, or other sensitive payment card data. Stripe shares only transaction status and limited metadata (e.g., last 4 digits, payment method type) with us. You may also choose pay-on-delivery at checkout, in which case no card payment data is collected. 5. Loyalty Points — your points balance, points earned from orders, and points redeemed for discounts. 6. Ratings — star ratings and optional written comments you submit after order pickup. 7. Push Notifications — a Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) device token used to deliver order status and promotional notifications, plus your notification preferences (order updates and promotional offers). 8. Authentication Tokens — session (JWT) access and refresh tokens stored locally on your device using encrypted secure storage (iOS Keychain / Android Keystore) and never written to unencrypted local storage. We do not use Firebase Authentication or Firebase Analytics in the App.

Information We Do Not Collect

The App does not access or request your device's camera, microphone, photo library, contacts, or precise or background location. We do not collect this information because the App does not require it to function.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to: - Create and authenticate your account using phone number and OTP verification. - Process and fulfil your pickup orders, including scheduling pickup time slots. - Process card payments securely through Stripe and support pay-on-delivery orders. - Send order status updates and promotional notifications via Firebase Cloud Messaging. - Provide real-time order tracking through a live WebSocket connection while the App is open. - Maintain your loyalty points balance and apply point redemptions at checkout. - Collect and display post-pickup ratings to improve our service. - Respond to customer support requests. - Improve the reliability and performance of the App.

How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with the following categories of service providers, solely to operate the App: - Stripe, Inc. — payment processing. See Stripe's privacy policy at https://stripe.com/privacy. - Google Firebase Cloud Messaging (Google LLC) — push notification delivery only. We do not use Firebase Analytics. See Google's privacy policy at https://policies.google.com/privacy. - Google Fonts — typography may be loaded from Google servers when the App displays certain fonts. - Our backend hosting and database providers, who process data solely on our behalf to operate the App. We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights, or to prevent fraud. We do not share your mobile number or SMS opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. See "SMS Messaging and Mobile Information" below.

SMS Messaging and Mobile Information

Neil Convenience LLC sends one-time passcodes (OTP) by SMS to the mobile number you enter in the App so we can verify your identity and sign you in. This is a transactional, account-security message program — we do not send marketing or promotional text messages to your mobile number. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories of information exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. We share your mobile number only with the licensed telecommunications provider that delivers the verification message on our behalf, and only for the purpose of delivering that message. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help. Data Storage and Security

Order, profile, and account data are stored on secure servers operated by or on behalf of Miami Market. Authentication tokens are stored on your device using encrypted secure storage mechanisms (iOS Keychain, Android Keystore) and are never written to unencrypted local storage. All data transmitted between the App and our servers is encrypted in transit using HTTPS/TLS. Payment card data is handled entirely by Stripe under PCI DSS standards. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Data Retention

We retain your account and order information for as long as your account remains active or as needed to provide you services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time by contacting us using the details below.

Your Rights and Choices

You may: - Request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. - Manage notification preferences (order updates and promotional offers) within the App. - Disable push notifications at any time through your device settings. - Request deletion of your account by contacting our support team at support@miamimarket.app. We will respond to verified requests within a reasonable timeframe in accordance with applicable law.

Children's Privacy

The App is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 without verification of parental consent, we will take steps to delete that information.

California Privacy Rights (CCPA)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to: - Know what personal information we collect, use, and disclose. - Request deletion of your personal information. - Opt out of the sale of personal information — we do not sell personal information.
